Terms of Service

mscripts and its pharmacy partners provide the mscripts Service under Terms of Service that are presented electronically to users when they begin use of the Service. The User must indicate express consent to the Terms of Service in order to use the mscripts Service. If mscripts modifies its Terms of Service, mscripts notifies users by text message or email of the revised Terms of Service and the effective date of the revised Terms. Users who continue to use the mscripts Service after such effective date are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms of Service.
